A hang out at Peter and Dida's place last Saturday
Last Saturday, from the resort, Vic and I proceeded to see Mommy to show her the website and attend mass afterwards. But when we got to her place, oh it was soooo hot and I know that the heat can harm my laptop so Vic decided to call Dida since we know that they always keep their aircon running. We got to Dida and Peter's place by 2:30PM and sure enough, it was refreshingly cold. While Mom was browsing the internet with Vic, Dida prepared us Halo Halo special. Ay sus! nabundat po kami sa laki ng baso na puno ng laman. It was really great to have the cold slush while watching TFC teleserye. We had a nice time but we had to leave at around 5PM for the mass.

In memory of our dearly beloved Tito Sixto
Sent by cousin George. These were the last photos of papa taken 12:30 PM that day January 31, 2005 courtesy of kuya willie castro, who with Auntie Gloria, Aunite Pacita, Vic, Willie, Roy and Ditdit came that day at humabol pa si Jun so si Jun ang last relative to greet papa because at around 5 pm papa suffered a fatal cardiac arrest and went to a comma and never recovered. kamusta na lang kay ate gloria at sa lahat!.

Here are a few more photos which I’ve mentioned earlier. Tia Luring with her hand on waist with Mom & Tita Gloria plus the de Jesus boys & me. I think this was in the 1950’s. Can’t remember the other 2 ladies in the photo. Ask Tita Gloria if she knows them.
The 2 sisters in Pennsylvania, Benjie & family taken when Chrissie had her debut. Pete & Me in the late 1940’s. Willie & Mel at Madison’s baptism. Other photos of Benjie & family with Chrissie. Lastly, solo photo of Madison in a bunny costume taken in Japan.

Tia Luring passed away August 19, 2008
Tia Luring from Bataan passed away last August 19. Unfortunately, Tio Jaime is suffering from Alzheimer and may not even aware of the lost he just had.
What is your memory of Tia Luring?
I met Tia Luring a few times before when we were still in the Philippines and visited them in Bataan with Vic's family. She always showed a lot of enthusiasm in seeing her visiting relatives from Manila and prepared them lots of shrimp, lobster, and crabs among the few.
There were lots of good memories of Tia Luring that we will always treasure in our hearts. We offer our prayers for the repose of her soul and for healing of mind for Tio Alejandro. We also offer our most sincere condolences to the bereaved family.
